The first treatment takes in general a bit longer as you will fill in a questionnaire (which you can print out and fill in beforehand).

You wear or bring loose fitting clothes and - even in summer - socks. As you are relaxing your blood pressure may drop and make you feel chilly.

You are lying on a futon, a padded mat, and I work with thumbs and hands and the deep but comfortable pressure which is the special feature of Shiatsu. You will also encounter gentle stretches and rotations.

Many clients choose, after an initial series of sessions to address specific symptoms, to carry on receiving regular treatments, typically once a month, as part of their positive approach to maintaining their health.
