My background is broad:

Starting as a teacher for gymnastic, music, and dance I went on to actors training and learned various Asian techniques for Health and Wellbeing. I am a meditation instructor, studied Ayurveda and worked as Ayurvedic massage therapist, studied reflexology, but most and for all: I am a Shiatsu therapist, registered since 1992 with thousands of treatments and still love every single one I do.​
